A modern and safe bike helmet that appeals to two generations at once. With the Youn-I 2.0 model, ABUS has successfully bridged the gap between adult and youth helmets.

Adults are role models for children and should therefore also wear a bike helmet. This could prevent many of the serious brain injuries caused by cycling accidents. However, women with smaller heads often cannot find a helmet that fits them properly. With a simple but modern look, this bike helmet meets the needs of both young cyclists as well as many women with smaller heads. The Youn-I 2.0 boasts a simple, urban and fashionable look that appeals to both generations.

  • Ponytail Fit: thanks to the opening in the height-adjustable adjustment system, the helmet is also suitable for long hairstyles such as ponytails, buns, or braids
  • Reflector Sticker: for better visibility in the dark
  • Bug Mesh: keeps flies and other bugs off your head without messing with the helmet's ventilation
  • Clip-on Rear Light: attaches to the back of the helmet and ensures greater visibility
  • Two different light modes (Rear Light): Steady for continuous light and Flash for brightly flashing light in at short intervals
  • Operating time per mode in h (min.): depending on the weather conditions and type of use, the available usage time of the light is at least 12 hours in continuous mode and in flashing mode at least 24 hours
  • Zoom Spin adjustment system: rotary wheel at the back of the head for individual adjustment of the helmet to the head size
  • Flap Divider: strap divider for individual adjustment of the straps below the ears – with clamp fastener to fix the set position
  • Comfort Pads: soft padded inserts for optimum comfort, attached to the helmet with Velcro
  • Removable, washable pads: can be removed and washed by hand or replaced if necessary
  • Push-in buckle: for safe and practical handling, the straps are fitted with a classic chin lock (three-pronged connection) for opening and closing
  • In-mould process: production process in which the inner cushioning material made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) is foamed directly into the outer shell made of polycarbonate (PC) – this creates a durable and robust connection
