Be cool like a dirtbike pro! The uvex hlmt 4 is the secret star among the uvex children's helmets. It protects little riders reliably and with a lot of style. Always on the move to start the next adventure with full energy. When kids explore their surroundings independently on their running bikes, bicycles, skateboards, inline skates and scooters, there's plenty of action to be had. All the better if the little ones are protected in the best possible way. The uvex hlmt 4 is a hard-shell children's helmet inspired by the dirt bike scene with a stylish design. Impact-resistant on the outside, shock-absorbing on the inside and individually adjustable to the head thanks to the IAS system. Ten large ventilation openings reliably prevent heat build-up. With the monomatic closure it can be opened and closed child-friendly with just one hand.

TECHNOLOGIES

INMOULD SHELL - Protective EPS material is foamed directly into the polycarbonate shell. This technology allows to create a lightweight helmet with highest impact resistance. Perfect fusion of EPS inner layer and polycarbonate outer layer. EPS is a material, which contains microscopic air chambers. They effectively absorb the impact forces created in a fall.

BASIC PADS – Interior features significantly affect a helmet’s comfort. Hook and loop fasteners allow easy removal for washing.

MONOMATIC - Multi-stage and anatomically shaped UVEX’s monomatic comfort closure opens and closes at the touch of a button, with just one hand. The chin strap always sits perfectly.

FAS STRAPS - Fast Adapting System webbing can be easily and continuously tailored to your exact head shape. The helmet stays securely on the head in all situations and the webbing straps are always in the best position. Y-divider provides individual adjustment options – and a secure, comfortable fit. IAS - The UVEX IAS adjustment system allows accurate, individual adjustment of the helmet to the head circumference just with one hand.
