Extremely cool and super safe - those who still consider bike helmets uncomfortable and unattractive should take a closer look at the uvex rush visor, or better yet, put it on. The versatile visor helmet, which can be combined with business outfits just as well as with casual streetwear, convinces with its clean look as well as its first-class comfort and safety features. The super-light inmould helmet can be optimally adjusted to any head shape in height and width thanks to the 3D IAS size adjustment system. Additional protection in the urban jungle is provided by the deep-cut neck area. For better visibility at dusk, the uvex rush visor is equipped with a plug-in LED as well as reflective webbing and logos. The all-weather visor with extended field of vision in litemirror silver (Cat.1) optimally protects the eyes from sun, wind and other environmental influences in road traffic.

TECHNOLOGIES

INMOULD SHELL - Protective EPS material is foamed directly into the polycarbonate shell. This technology allows to create a lightweight helmet with highest impact resistance. Perfect fusion of EPS inner layer and polycarbonate outer layer. EPS is a material, which contains microscopic air chambers. They effectively absorb the impact forces created in a fall.

BASIC PADS – Interior features significantly affect a helmet’s comfort. Hook and loop fasteners allow easy removal for washing.

MONOMATIC - Multi-stage and anatomically shaped UVEX’s monomatic comfort closure opens and closes at the touch of a button, with just one hand. The chin strap always sits perfectly.

FAS STRAPS - Fast Adapting System webbing can be easily and continuously tailored to your exact head shape. The helmet stays securely on the head in all situations and the webbing straps are always in the best position. Y-divider provides individual adjustment options – and a secure, comfortable fit. IAS - The UVEX IAS adjustment system allows accurate, individual adjustment of the helmet to the head circumference just with one hand.

3D IAS – The sophisticated IAS 3D system provides optimal helmet size adjustment to different head sizes and shapes by simply turning the adjusting wheel. The space inside the helmet adapts to the height and circumference of the head.

LENSE TECHNOLOGY

100% UV PROTECTION – UV-absorbing filters built directly into the raw material protect the retina 100 % from damaging UV rays up to 400 nm. All lenses give 100 % UVA, UVB and UVC protection. It is also the basis of our company name. uv-ex = ultraviolet excluded.

LITEMIRROR - Lenses offer extra protection from infrared rays.

SAFETY TESTED – UVEX eyewear undergoes special tests in their UVEX testing center. They can fully guarantee quality-tested safety and function. Testing generates new insights and data which help them develop the next generation of innovative technologies.

Please measure your head circumference to get the right helmet size. Recommended to measure with a measuring tape or a rope about 1.5cm above the ears.
