Product technical specifications

  • With the head tube reamer you can prepare head tubes with an inner diameter of 44 mm and a milling depth of 8.2 mm for the installation of an integrated headset. The angle of the bearing shell seats is 45 °. The milling cutter allows you to create planar and coaxial shell seats in the head tube.
  • The individual milling cutters were named according to the naming system S.H.I.S.: (Standardized Headset Identification System). consists of the type of headset and the associated inside diameter of the head tube e.g. EC 34:
  • EC (External Cup), ZS (Zero Stack) and IS (Integrated Standard).
  • Diameter: 44 mm
  • Milling depth: 8.2 mm
  • Milling angle: 45 °
  • Includes:
  • One individual cutter!

Note:

For a complete tool you also need to order the holder for the head tube cutter (item number: 720211) and the cone guide (item no .: 720943).
