B-version for Boost 148 standard

The B-version of the FC-M8000 offers a chain line with 3 mm outboard for hubs/wheels with a 148 mm over locknut distance from current Plus-Bikes. It requires special frame dimensions where cassette position and FD mount position are 3mm outboard. These frames are only compatible with E-Type and Direct-Mount front derailleurs.
