T47 is an open standard designed to provide the benefits of both oversized PF30 and EVO386 shells and the tight fit of threading. Compatible with 86 mm wide frames, and also compatible with TREK T47 85.5 mm wide frames. SRAM DUB crank standard, built on a 29mm spindle, allows for a more contamination resistant BB design, while retaining the ultra-efficient and long-lasting qualities CeramicSpeed Bottom Brackets are known for. With an integrated dust cover for all models, a snug and secure fit that also fully protects the face of the bearing delivers exceptional performance without any sacrifices. CeramicSpeed hand-built bearings carry the load from crank to frame with un-paralleled durability and efficiency.

CERAMICSPEED STANDARD CERAMIC BEARINGS - put more of your energy into forward motion by reducing frictional drag wherever you can. CeramicSpeed Standard Ceramic Bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set. That’s in the range of a 75% drag reduction compared to standard bottom brackets. CeramicSpeed balls are 100% smoother and 15% harder than ceramic competition. The bearings last at least 3x longer than other bearings.

ALL ROUND GREASE - Designed to suit the maintenance of CeramicSpeed Bearings, the CeramicSpeed All-Round Grease maximizes your bearings’ lifetime and performance. This type of grease is a low to medium viscosity lubricant and works as the best compromise between friction influence and lifetime. We recommend it for optimal use in dry and sunny weather conditions, where no or very little contamination threatens the bearing. The application covers mostly road riding conditions, however it can be used off-road in the same weather settings, on all types of CeramicSpeed Bearings. When lubricating your bearings, we recommend a fill rate of 60-80%.

MAINTENANCE - Depending on the riding conditions it is recommended once a year to re-grease your CeramicSpeed Bearings.If used in very wet or muddy conditions, maintenance might be required more often.If high pressure washer is used, please do not point jet stream to any of bearings (headset, bottom bracket, wheel hub, full suspension links) as it may wash out the grease.
