For the convenience of customers, we deliver purchased bicycles using the services of couriers.
Advantages of delivering goods using courier services:
- Short standard delivery time. If we have the goods in stock and the payment is received before 4 p.m., the goods are usually delivered within a few working days after the delivery of the parcel to the courier. Delays can occur any time in all supply, transportation and product preparation chains. We hope for your understanding and try to fulfill your orders on time.
- Information about the transportation of the goods can be found online by entering the shipment number.
The bicycle will be delivered by a courier
- In standard packaging
The bicycle is sent packed in the original manufacturer’s packaging (usually with the front wheel, steering wheel, seat removed), which ensures the safety of the goods during storage and transportation. When purchasing a bicycle in such a package, either the Buyer or a bicycle mechanic of his choice MUST properly assemble, clamp and adjust it, if necessary, and prepare it for use.
