Delivery of accessories and parts

For the convenience of customers, we deliver purchased bicycles and accessories using the services of couriers. Small parcels might arrive to your local post office.

Advantages of delivering goods using courier services:
- Short standard delivery time. If we have the goods in stock and the payment is received before 4 p.m., the goods are usually delivered within a few working days after the delivery of the parcel to the courier. Delays can occur any time in all supply, transportation and product preparation chains. We hope for your understanding and try to fulfill your orders on time.

- Information about the transportation of the goods can be found online by entering the shipment number.

PRICE AND METHOD OF SHIPPING AND PACKAGING ACCESSORIES:

- Delivery by courier
Bicycle accessories and fittings are sent via courier service, and the goods are delivered to the address specified by you (sometimes it might arrive to your local postal office). If we have the goods in stock and the payment is received before 4 p.m., or if payment to the courier is selected, the goods are usually delivered in just a few working days after the delivery of the parcel to the courier.

As a standard when using courier services, goods are delivered on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Goods are delivered ALL OVER YOUR COUNTRY, regardless of settlement, city size or location! Additional costs might be applied if delivery is to islands.

Relevant information! An order administration fee of EUR 1.99 applies to orders where the total amount of ordered parts and/or accessories does not exceed EUR 9.99!

 
Attention! The courier delivers and brings “to the door” of the buyer only those parcels whose total weight does not exceed 31.5 kg. If the total weight of the package exceeds 31.5 kg, the customer must pick up and carry the product himself.
