The R1 DUO heart rate transmitter uses 2 different transmission technologies. The data is sent to the ROX GPS 11.0 and 12.0 via ANT+. It can also be shared with a smartphone via Bluetooth Smart. All sport apps that support Bluetooth SMART READY technology and use heart rate data can display the R1 DUO's values.
