ProX OHIO 616 single waterproof pannier for one side for mounting on carrier. Fully waterproof pannier design will keep your things dry and clean. Easy to mount with a click-fix system. Sealed outer pocket to keep your mostly used small parts or accesories. Inside is stiffened, so it would keep it's form. Roll-closure system provides easy use and protects from water and dust. Additionaly protected by the top cover.

It seems to be made very well. Although I haven't had the chance to use it yet, it looks spacious. When empty, it completely flattens and doesn't take up any extra space (doesn't stick out to the side) on the bike. You might need to play around with the mounting - construct something additional to secure it reliably to the rack. This depends on the rack. Although its mounts are adjustable, there is no bag that fits all racks.
