Terms of the Bikko.bike gift voucher:

  • Gift voucher(s) confirm the right of the holder of the gift voucher(s) to use the amount specified in the gift voucher(s). Holders of the gift voucher(s) can use the services at the www.BIKKO.bike online store, which belongs to JW Trade PJSC.
  • If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher(s), the difference can be paid by cash/card (only at local store in Lithuania), or bank transfer.
  • Gift voucher(s) are not exchangeable for money.
  • The gift card(s) are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and the expiry date is indicated on the gift card. If the gift voucher(s) have not been used by the buyer or the holder within the period of validity, the voucher(s) shall thereafter be deemed to be expired.
  • If the holder of the gift voucher(s) used the services during its validity period for a lower amount than indicated in the gift voucher(s), the paid price of the gift voucher(s) or its part is not refunded to the buyer of the gift voucher(s) or to the holder.
  • A VAT invoice is not issued to the holder of a gift voucher paying with gift voucher(s).
  • If the gift voucher is damaged, most of it is stained and it is unreadable, there is no gift voucher number or expiration date, such gift voucher cannot be used to pay for items, and such gift voucher cannot be exchanged, money for it is not refunded.
  • The gift voucher cannot be returned.
