Hydraulic disc brake lever Shimano GRX ST-RX810-LA with dropper seatpost remote function

A central concern of Gravel riders is a reliable braking system with sufficient power reserves to maintain control on steep, demanding or even surprising descents. For a streamlined cockpit and easy access to the seat dropper post lever, SHIMANO's GRX RX810-LA dual control lever integrates the brake lever and dropper lever for fast and effortless operation. For gravel, road and cyclocross: the GRX ST-RX810-LA lever for disc brake and adjustable seat post from Shimano. All STI Dual Controler feature an 18 mm higher brake lever pivot axis, a curved lever shape and non-slip textures on the contact surfaces for optimum grip even in the roughest terrain. For the integration of drop seat posts in the Gravel segment, SHIMANO specially developed the hydraulic STI lever ST-RX810-LA, which, mounted on the left-hand side, uses the sideways movement of the lever not required for shifting in 1-speed systems to operate the seat post. The integrated traction system is designed for a 9 mm stroke and therefore works with most common dropper posts.

SERVOWAVE ACTION – When you pull a SERVOWAVE brake lever, initial pad travel is fast, so little lever movement is needed to bring the pads into contact with the rotor. The power multiplication factor then increases rapidly at the pad-to-rim contact so more of the lever stroke is used to apply greater braking power with improved control.
