Cyclocross/gravel bikes look very similar to road bikes. The main difference is their wheels. Cyclocross bikes are designed more for off-road riding, forest trails, gravel roads and worse wet roads, so they have slightly wider tires specifically designed for off-road riding. The tire tread is deeper and the frame fork itself is slightly wider.

Cyclocross bikes are more sporty and designed for racing, while gravel bikes are more designed for touring, leisure, and various rides. They are also better suited to attaching various bags for longer rides and outings.
