MIPS – MIPS is an acronym for Multi-Directional Impact Protection System and represents an innovative technology that can be used to equip helmets for a variety of different purposes. MIPS was designed to make helmets safer in oblique impact situations, both in recreational and outdoor sports (climbing, mountain biking and motorbike riding) but also in the workplace. In practical terms, MIPS is a moving layer that is integrated on the inside of the safety helmet – close to the head. The sliding layer is not rigidly fixed but can move back and forth by 10 to 15 millimetres. In the event of lateral impact, this range of motion enables the helmet design to deflect acting rotational forces from the wearer’s head and brain using a sliding movement. Safety helmets that are equipped with MIPS therefore offer a higher level of protection for the helmet wearer than conventional helmets.

CCubed – Sweat smart. Stay cool. Inside, the exclusive CCubed cooling effect padding, developed in collaboration with UVEX, provides revolutionary levels of moisture management and breathability that generates a cooling effect — no matter how hot the competition. But how does it work? Instead of polyurethane, we’ve used a fibre-based PET material that produces a capillary effect. Sweat is instantly wicked away from the skin to the dry part of the padding, where it can evaporate, creating a natural cooling effect. This generates noticeably improved comfort, especially when pushing hard. Three key benefits:

• 1. Temperature regulation: The evaporation effect lowers the surface temperature of the head – by up to 2 °C according to tests. Protects from overheating, for a fresher more energetic feel, and longer-lasting performance.
• 2. Effective moisture management: No more sweat getting into your eyes or down your glasses. The padding quickly absorbs perspiration – for clear vision on strenuous climbs.
• 3. Sustainability: The padding is made from a recycledmono-material – and is therefore fully recyclable. For aclear head. And a cleaner planet.

Please measure your head circumference to get the right helmet size. Recommended to measure with a measuring tape or a rope about 1.5cm above the ears.
