T47a is an assymmetrical version of T47 standard, which designed to provide the benefits of both oversized PF30 and EVO386 shells and the tight fit of threading. Compatible with an asymmetrical 77mm wide frame shells: the non-drive side bearing is within the frame, and the drive side bearing is external. We recommend it for optimal use in dry and sunny weather conditions, where no or very little contamination threatens the bearing. The application covers mostly road riding conditions, however it can be used off-road in the same weather settings, on all types of CeramicSpeed Bearings.
